Buy-To-Let mortgages

We provide advice on Buy-to-Let (BTL) Mortgages, whether you are starting out or expanding your property portfolio. Most BTL properties are interest-only mortgages, which would mean monthly repayments will only pay off the interest. Buy-to-let mortgages are available up to 80% loan to value, subject to status, valuations, and rental yields. 

Standard Mortgages and Re-mortgage

If you’re a First Time Buyer, a home mover looking to climb the property ladder, or simply looking to re-finance and secure a new product or a lower interest rate, we can provide you with the right advice.

Capital raising is allowed for most legal purposes, so if you are looking to fund some home improvements, or even raise the deposit for a new investment property or holiday home, then we can help find the most suitable product for your needs. 

Guarantor Mortgages

Arranging loans with a third party named on a mortgage application is a Guarantor Mortgage. They are required to sign a legal document and agree to cover the monthly repayments if you do not maintain them. But they will not own or have any interest in your property and will not be named in the Title Deeds.

International Scope

We can arrange loans in different global currencies either in your domestic market or London to take advantage of lower rates or a more flexible lending policy.
